Privacy Policy
Petalphone is made for people sharing one phone. It does not require an account, show ads, use advertising trackers, or ask for contacts, photos, location, or microphone access.
Game data stays on your phone
Player names, drawings, guesses, custom prompts, preferences, and finished game history are stored locally on your device. Petalphone does not upload this game data to us. The data stays until you delete it in Settings, clear the app's storage, or remove the app, subject to your device backup settings.
Purchase information
If you open the Full Garden purchase or restore flow, Apple or Google handles the payment and RevenueCat helps confirm the purchase. RevenueCat may process an automatically created app user identifier, app and device information, store, product identifier, purchase status, country, currency, price, and related transaction information. This is used only to show the correct offer, complete or restore the purchase, prevent fraud, and keep Full Garden unlocked. We never receive your full card or bank details.
Purchase records are kept by the store and RevenueCat for as long as needed to provide the purchase, meet legal duties, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. RevenueCat may process this information in countries outside yours under its own safeguards. Read RevenueCat's privacy policy, Apple's privacy policy, or Google's privacy policy for details.
Support email
If you contact support, we receive the email address and information you choose to send. We use it only to answer and diagnose the issue. Please do not send payment card details. Support messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed for support, safety, and legal records, then deleted.
Sharing and protection
We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising. Purchase information is shared only with Apple, Google, and RevenueCat as needed for in-app purchases. We require service providers to protect information consistently with this policy and applicable store rules. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit collection and use established store purchase services to reduce risk.
Your choices and deletion
You can delete local game data at any time in Petalphone Settings. You can avoid purchase data processing by not opening or using the purchase and restore features. To ask about support data or request its deletion, email ridamelkaouiofficial@gmail.com. Store transaction records may remain where Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or law requires them.
Children
Petalphone is a general-audience game and is not designed specifically for children. It has no account, advertising, or social features. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information. If you believe a child sent personal information through support, contact us so it can be deleted.
