Help with ClockCards

Quick fixes for alarms, purchases, Premium access, and local data.

01

An alarm did not ring

Open ClockCards Settings and review Notifications and Alarm reliability. Confirm alarm/notification permission, volume, Focus, and battery settings. Keep a backup alarm for safety-critical commitments.

02

A purchase is missing

Open ClockCards Premium and choose Restore Purchases while using the same App Store account that made the purchase. Buying and restoring require an internet connection.

03

Premium plans are unavailable

Check your connection, confirm the App Store is available, then tap Refresh plans. ClockCards does not permit purchase until localized StoreKit products load.

04

The app is offline

Local decks and cards stay on your device. A recently validated Premium entitlement may remain available offline, but buying or restoring Premium needs a connection.

05

Delete local data

Use Settings › Data › Delete local data. This removes local decks, cards, alarms, attempts, reports, and preferences. It does not cancel an Apple subscription.

06

Cancel a subscription

Open iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions, select ClockCards, and follow Apple's cancellation options. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase and does not renew.

IMPORTANT ALARM NOTE

Use a backup for anything safety-critical.

Silent mode, Focus, shutdown, revoked permissions, low volume, operating-system behavior, and battery restrictions can affect any alarm app. ClockCards is not an emergency or guaranteed wake service.
