1. Agreement and provider
These Terms govern your use of ClockCards, provided by Rida Melkaoui, an independent developer based in Morocco. By downloading or using ClockCards, you agree to these Terms, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, and applicable store terms.
2. Using ClockCards
ClockCards is a recall and alarm companion for users aged 13 and older. You are responsible for study content and for configuring permissions, volume, Focus settings, battery behavior, and a backup alarm when needed.
ClockCards is not a medical, legal, academic, emergency, or safety-critical service. Study prompts and alarms do not replace professional judgment, official course materials, or a dedicated safety system.
3. Premium plans and free trial
Monthly, yearly, and lifetime products unlock the same ClockCards Premium entitlement. The yearly subscription includes a seven-day introductory trial for eligible new subscribers. Eligibility, localized pricing, taxes, and current offer terms are confirmed by Apple before purchase.
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the current trial or billing period ends. Lifetime is a one-time non-consumable purchase. Apple handles billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund decisions.
4. Cancellation, expiry, and restoration
Deleting ClockCards does not cancel a subscription. Manage or cancel through your Apple account. Restore Purchases checks the current App Store account for prior ownership. When Premium expires, local content remains on the device while Premium workspace access may be limited.
5. Local data and service availability
ClockCards is local-first. You are responsible for device access and any device backup you choose. No alarm app can guarantee delivery under every shutdown, permission, volume, Focus, battery, connectivity, or device condition.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use ClockCards to violate law, infringe rights, distribute unlawful content, compromise a device or service, evade store rules, or attempt fraudulent purchases.
7. Ownership and user content
ClockCards and its design, software, branding, and supplied content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You retain responsibility for and rights in original study content you create, subject to any rights belonging to source authors.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, ClockCards is provided “as is” and “as available” without guarantees of uninterrupted alarm delivery, error-free operation, exam outcomes, or permanent data availability. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes and contact
These Terms may be updated when the product, providers, or law changes. Material revisions receive a new effective date. Questions may be sent to ridamelkaouiofficial@gmail.com.
